We offer you the choice of independent support options for ESS systems. Small units and "bolt-on" analysers can be returned to us for bench repair and calibration. We can visit your site on a "pay-as-you-go" basis to repair larger systems and we also offer a range of service contract options for controlled budgets and sites with multiple instruments.We support all of the following ESS Systems:

Spare Part Matching Service.

Many manufacturers have dropped spares support for older instruments or simply no longer have experienced engineers able to recognise parts on some systems. Rely on our experience if you are having difficulty obtaining a spare. Just tell us the manufacturer and model of your instrument and we will probably recognise the part right away. If not, a simple e-mail photograph will help us to identify the part and you can be sure we will be able to replace it or refurbish it.
