We offer you the choice of original factory parts, high quality parts made by OEM companies (usually the original factory sub-contractor) or fully warranted refurbished items giving you the choice to suit current budget requirements.
Spare Part Matching & Service Exchange.
Many manufacturers have dropped spares support for older instruments or simply no longer have experienced engineers able to recognise parts on some systems. Rely on our experience if you are having difficulty obtaining a spare. Just tell us the manufacturer and model of your instrument and we will probably recognise the part right away. If not, a simple e-mail photograph will help us to identify the part and you can be sure we will be able to replace it or refurbish it. If we have a service exchange item in stock, it can be dispatched same day or next day (after 15:00hrs)
